Title: Digital Product Designer\nCategory: User Experience\nSeniority: Mid\nLocation: Remote\nWhat you will be doing:\nDevelop high-quality, user-centered design solutions that address both product and business needs for digital products.\n\nCreate and iterate on features and experiences from discovery through checkout and post-purchase, including AI-enabled features and their required edge cases, failure states, and trust cues.\n\nContribute to the ongoing evolution and maturity of the design system, including tokens, components, patterns, and documentation.\n\nPartner with Product and Engineering to define and measure success metrics, and maintain parity between design and coded components.\n\nWrite clear usage guidance, accessibility requirements, and naming conventions to identify inconsistency and design debt.\n\nEnsure all designs and components meet WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards.\n\nLeverage AI tools responsibly to accelerate research synthesis, ideation, and prototyping, validating results against user needs and quality standards.\n\nTest designs through sketches, prototypes, and usability research, reviewing work prior to development handoff to ensure correct implementation.\n\nWork cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Commerce, and Marketing partners to represent the design team and facilitate design discussions.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience:\nBachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Graphic/Web Design, Interaction Design, Product Design/UXUI, HCI, or a related design field preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.\n\n4+ years of experience in an individual contributor role on a Product Design team for web or mobile apps.\n\nDemonstrated experience contributing to, maintaining, or scaling a design system, with comfort working in a shared-ownership model.\n\nProfessional portfolio showcasing strong product design capabilities, including UX, interaction design, and visual design.\n\nAdvanced Figma (variables, auto layout, component architecture, Dev Mode) or equivalent, Adobe Creative Suite, and rapid prototyping tools.\n\nExperience with AI-assisted design and prototyping tools (Figma Make, Claude), with sound judgment on when AI output is ready to ship.\n\nDeep understanding of UX/UI principles, processes, interaction design, visual design, and typography.\n\nFamiliarity with HTML/CSS and an understanding of how design components map to code.\n\nExperience working a 45-hour workweek.\n\nSoft Skills:\nExcellent communication skills to speak and write effectively, and present design rationale clearly to non-designers.\n\nStrong human relations skills to develop rapport, cooperate, and resolve conflict constructively.\n\nStrong research and planning skills to create ideas, imagine alternatives, gather information, and solve problems.\n\nAbility to manage time, attend to detail, set and meet deadlines, organize, and make
