You will help design, develop, and implement a new enterprise platform from the ground up. We are looking for someone with a strong sense of ownership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. You will take initiative, support technical decision-making, and drive projects toward successful delivery.\nDesign, develop, and maintain solutions using Lovable, claude code\n\nContribute to the architecture and evolution of a new company-wide platform.\n\nBuild custom code in python.\n\nParticipate in all development phases: architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and iteration.\n\nCreate and manage integrations with Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, and other tools using REST APIs and webhooks.\n\nImplement process automation using native platform features and custom logic when needed.\n\nPractical knowledge on relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.).\n\nApply best practices for indexes, relationships, triggers, normalization, and performance.\n\nWork with business, product, and engineering teams to translate business workflows into scalable technical solutions.\n\nCommunicate technical decisions clearly and propose improvements to strengthen system performance and maintainability.\n\nDocument system flows, logic, and integrations in a clear, structured manner.\n\nStay up to date with the latest no-code/low-code trends, tools, and industry best practices.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\nTo excel in this role, you should possess:\n3+ years of software development experience, ideally with exposure to low code/no code tools.\n\nStrong proficiency in Python.\n\nHands-on experience with at least one major low code/no code platform like Lovable.\n\nSolid understanding of relational databases, including modeling, indexing, relationships, and optimization.\n\nExperience working with REST APIs, webhooks, and process automation.\n\nAbility to analyze business workflows and convert them into functional, well-designed solutions.\n\nNice to Have:\nExperience leading or coordinating low code / no code initiatives.\n\nFamiliarity with Zapier, Make (Integromat), or n8n.\n\nBasic understanding of UX/UI principles and visual flow design.\n\nExperience working in agile teams or startup environments.\n\nSoft Skills:\nIntermediate or higher technical English\n\nProactive, accountable, and solution-oriented attitude\n\nStrong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.\n\nOpenness to continuous learning and improvement.\n\nHigh level of ownership and reliability.\n\nAbility to work effectively across different time zones.\n\nWhy you will love GTS:\nJoin a powerful tech workforce and help us change the world through technology\n\nProfessional development opportunities with international customers\n\nCollaborative work environment\n\nCareer path and mentorship programs that will lead to new levels.\n\nJoin GTS and contribute to shaping the data landscape within a dynamic and growing organization.
