the CRM delivery backlog and partner day to day with the CRM Product Manager.\n\nOwn the Jira backlog end to end: intake, refinement, prioritization, and sprint readiness.\n\nRun ongoing backlog hygiene: kill/keep reviews of aging tickets, de-duplication, and grouping work into themed epics.\n\nLead refinement and sprint planning sessions with the CRM team leads so every sprint starts with clear, sized, buildable work.\n\nWrite user stories, acceptance criteria, and edge cases precise enough for engineers and AI coding tools to execute against.\n\nTurn direction into PRDs and specs in Confluence, using standard templates and AI-assisted PRD generation.\n\nApply our Definition of Done and Launch Readiness framework, including documentation and enablement content on every release.\n\nBe the first stop for engineering questions on scope and behavior, unblocking decisions within the sprint.\n\nUnderstand integrations, data flows, and APIs well enough to spot gaps before they become bugs, and accept or reject completed work against acceptance criteria.\n\nTranslate Customer Success, Support, and Sales feedback into prioritized backlog items and represent the CRM in Product Town Halls.\n\nUse AI assistants daily (Claude and similar) to draft stories, analyze backlog data, build lightweight prototypes, and define AI product requirements.\n\nComplete a 90-day onboarding plan: shadow the PM in the first 30 days, own sprint readiness by day 60, and run refinement independently by day 90 while sharing AI workflows with the team.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n3-5 years in product ownership, product management, business analysis, or a technical role that moved into product, in B2B SaaS.\n\nHands-on Agile/Scrum experience owning a backlog for one or more engineering teams.\n\nAdvanced Jira skills (boards, sprints, epics, workflows, JQL, and dashboards) and Confluence for specs and documentation.\n\nStrong technical foundation: ability to read API documentation, reason about data models and integrations, and hold your own in technical design discussions.\n\nWorking SQL skills; comfortable pulling and interpreting data yourself.\n\nDemonstrated daily use of AI tools in your work, with examples you can show.\n\nProfessional written and spoken English (required).\n\nExperience working with distributed teams across time zones.\n\nNice to Have Skills:\nExperience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) or healthcare SaaS, ideally behavioral health.\n\nFamiliarity with HIPAA and SOC 2 requirements and how they shape product decisions.\n\nExperience with Jira Product Discovery or a similar roadmap tool.\n\nExposure to Claude Code or other AI coding tools, and to prompt design for LLM features.\n\nFamiliarity with React/TypeScript, Python, AWS, or Snowflake at a reading level.\n\nExperience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude or Pendo.\n\nSpanish proficiency.\n\nSoft
