This role involves creating, maintaining, and optimizing advanced dashboards and reports to meet business and operational requirements.\nPosition Title: Mid level Repotting Analyst\nLocation: Remote - Latam\nWhat you will be doing:\nAs a Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for developing advanced dashboards and reports to meet business requirements while supporting data-driven decision-making processes. You’ll work with cross-functional teams and leverage a variety of tools and platforms to design, manage, and optimize scalable reporting solutions. This position demands both technical and analytical expertise, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with non-technical stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:\nDesign, develop, and maintain advanced dashboards and visualizations using Power BI.\n\nImplement complex DAX calculations and data modeling to optimize performance and insights.\n\nEnsure high performance and fast rendering for reports by managing datasets and models efficiently.\n\nWork closely with business users and decision-makers to identify reporting needs and translate them into actionable dashboards and reports.\n\nCollaborate across teams to define KPIs, metrics, and business goals for reporting initiatives.\n\nExtract, transform, and load data from relational and legacy systems, including Aveva PI System and PI Integrator, into Power BI.\n\nEstablish efficient ETL pipelines to ensure consistent and accurate data availability.\n\nContinuously improve and optimize existing reports for scalability and usability.\n\nEnsure data accuracy and implement processes for data validation and consistency.\n\nAddress complex reporting challenges by designing custom solutions.\n\nRespond to ad-hoc requests for reports and data analysis.\n\nRequirements & Qualifications\nTo excel in this role, you should possess:\n2-4 years of experience in reporting and data visualization.\n\nExperience working with large datasets and optimizing for performance.\n\nFamiliarity with industrial or operational data analytics.\n\nProven expertise in Power BI development, including advanced DAX, data modeling, and visualization.\n\nStrong understanding of relational databases and ETL processes.\n\nHands-on experience with tools like Aveva PI System, PI AF, and PI Integrator (preferred).\n\nFamiliarity with industrial or operational data analytics is a strong plus.\n\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.\n\nExcellent communication skills for presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\n\nProactive and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.\n\nAbility to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.\n\nWhy you will love Lean Tech:\nJoin a powerful tech workforce and help us change the world through technology\n\nProfessional development opportunities with international customers\n\nCollaborative work environment\n\nCareer path and mentorship programs that will lead to new levels.\n\nJoin Lean Tech and contribute to shaping the data landscape within a dynamic and growing organization.
