This role focuses on creating test scripts and performing quality assurance before customer user acceptance testing, using AI-assisted tools to accelerate test preparation and working closely with Slalom’s implementation team.\nPosition Title:Senior Salesforce QA Engineer / Test Lead\nCategory: Quality Assurance\nSeniority: Senior\nLocation:Phillipines\n\nWhat you will be doing:\nYou will work within a distributed Scrum team supporting a new Salesforce environment covering Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and the newer Revenue Cloud / Agentforce Revenue Management solution. The implementation primarily focuses on configure, price, and quote (CPQ) processes, beginning with an Australian business rollout and potential expansion into additional regions.\nAs the dedicated QA resource, you will lead test script preparation and execute testing to validate functionality before it is handed over for customer UAT. Testing is expected to begin primarily with manual execution, with opportunities to introduce automation as the project’s needs and tooling are defined.\nKey responsibilities\nLead the creation of test scripts based on defined requirements, user stories, and approved solution designs.\n\nExecute manual tests to validate Salesforce functionality before customer user acceptance testing.\n\nUse AI-assisted tools to accelerate test script creation, reviewing and refining generated content to ensure meaningful coverage.\n\nIdentify, document, and communicate defects, working with functional consultants and developers to support resolution and retesting.\n\nCollaborate with business analysts and architects to clarify expected behavior and resolve questions affecting test coverage.\n\nReview and refine test scripts during execution to support their use in customer UAT.\n\nCoordinate with the implementation and integration teams on testing dependencies and agreed end-to-end testing activities.\n\nCommunicate testing progress, defects, blockers, and readiness for handover within the Scrum team.\n\nContribute to evaluating opportunities for test automation as the project’s testing approach develops.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\nStrong hands-on experience in functional software testing, including test script creation, manual execution, defect reporting, and retesting.\n\nExperience taking ownership of QA activities for an implementation or delivery workstream.\n\nAbility to translate defined requirements and user stories into clear, executable test scenarios.\n\nComfort using AI-assisted tools to accelerate test script creation, with the ability to critically review and validate their output.\n\nAbility to organize testing activities and communicate priorities, dependencies, and coverage gaps as the dedicated QA resource.\n\nAbility to work within a Scrum team and collaborate with business analysts, architects, functional consultants, and developers.\n\nStrong English communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with an international team.\n\nAvailability to work Monday through Friday on an agreed schedule providing approximately two hours of overlap with the New Zealand team.\n\nExperience testing Salesforce implementations, particularly Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.\n\nNice to Have Skills\nFamiliarity with Revenue Cloud / Agentforce Revenue Management or CPQ processes.\n\nExperience introducing or maintaining automated tests.\n\nExperience supporting integration testing across enterprise applications.\n\nExperience supporting customer user acceptance testing.\n\nExperience contributing to greenfield implementations or regional rollouts.\n\nSoft Skills\nAttention to detail:
