This role combines technical consulting, project delivery, client engagement, and cross-functional coordination to ensure projects are properly scoped, executed, documented, and completed according to customer expectations and established standards.\nYou will manage the end-to-end delivery of Professional Services engagements, following established project-delivery processes and required templates. You will validate project intake requirements, coordinate resources and timelines, monitor project scope and profitability, and ensure successful delivery within agreed deadlines.\nYou will conduct discovery and scoping sessions to understand client business objectives, technology challenges, and infrastructure needs. You will present proposed solutions, clarify scope, manage expectations, and maintain clear communication throughout the engagement.\nThe role will collaborate closely with Sales, vCIO, Service Desk, and Centralized Services teams to coordinate deliverables, support client onboarding, and ensure effective internal handoffs. You will also identify and escalate out-of-scope requests and support the conversion of additional client needs into new service opportunities.\nRequired Skills & Experience\nProven experience in IT Professional Services, technical project delivery, project management, or technical consulting.\n\nStrong understanding of managed services, cloud technologies, and enterprise IT environments.\n\nExperience independently managing technology projects from discovery and scoping through delivery and handoff.\n\nExperience conducting client discovery sessions and translating business and technical needs into defined project requirements.\n\nAbility to coordinate project resources, timelines, scope, and deliverables.\n\nExperience managing multiple projects simultaneously under strict deadlines.\n\nAbility to identify and escalate scope changes, project risks, and delivery concerns.\n\nStrong client-facing communication and presentation skills.\n\nExperience creating and maintaining project documentation, including scope, deliverables, status updates, and internal handoff notes.\n\nFamiliarity with project and work-management tools such as Monday.com.\n\nFamiliarity with security, confidentiality, compliance, and governance requirements within technology projects.\n\nAbility to collaborate across Sales, Service Desk, Centralized Services, vCIO, and leadership teams.\n\nAvailability to work SG Computers’ standard Monday through Friday schedule, approximately 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.\n\nEnglish proficiency: B2+.\n\nGood to have:\nPrevious experience delivering projects within an MSP or IT consulting environment.\n\nExperience supporting cloud, infrastructure, or enterprise technology projects.\n\nExperience working directly with customer stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nExperience supporting client onboarding and coordinating internal technical handoffs.\n\nFamiliarity with Master Services Agreements, quotes, scopes of work, and project intake requirements.\n\nExperience contributing to project scoping, proposal presentations, or additional service opportunities.\n\nSoft Skills\nStrong customer-first mindset.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication.\n\nStrong organization and attention to detail.\n\nAbility to manage client expectations professionally.\n\nAbility to balance technical requirements, project timelines, and business objectives.\n\nStrong ownership and accountability for project outcomes.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.\n\nProactive approach to identifying risks, scope changes, and delivery concerns.\n\nStrong collaboration across technical, operational, sales, and leadership teams.\n\nWhy you will love GTS:\nJoin a powerful tech workforce and help us change the world through technology\n\nProfessional development opportunities with international customers\n\nCollaborative work environment\n\nCareer path and mentorship programs that will lead to new levels.\n\nJoin GTS and contribute to shaping the data landscape within a dynamic and growing organization.
