drive operational efficiencies\n\nManage inventory, ordering, and waste reduction initiatives\n\nSales & Local Marketing\nDrive restaurant sales through local marketing, community engagement, and in-store promotions\n\nBuild relationships with local businesses, schools, and organizations to increase brand visibility\n\nExecute marketing initiatives and promotional programs that support brand growth\n\nCompliance & Brand Standards\nEnsure compliance with all company policies, food safety regulations, and operational procedures\n\nMaintain accurate records related to inventory, labor, scheduling, and financial reporting\n\nProtect company assets and ensure proper cash handling procedures\n\nQualifications\n3-5+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in fast casual or quick service concepts\n\nProven track record of managing high-volume restaurant operations\n\nStrong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills\n\nExperience managing P&L performance, labor budgets, and food costs\n\nExcellent communication and problem-solving abilities\n\nAbility to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays\n\nServSafe certification or ability to obtain\n\nPreferred Experience\nExperience with fast casual or QSR brands such as Chipotle Mexican Grill, Panera Bread, Five Guys, Jersey Mike's Subs, or CAVA is strongly preferred.\nSuccess
