culture across the organization.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop, implement, and maintain training programs for new hires, team members, Shift Managers, Assistant General Managers, and General Managers.\nOversee onboarding and ensure new employees are properly trained on company procedures, food preparation, customer service, and safety standards.\nWork directly with restaurant leadership to identify training needs and improve operational performance.\nConduct restaurant visits to evaluate training effectiveness, observe daily operations, and ensure consistent execution of company standards.\nTrain and coach restaurant managers on leadership, employee development, scheduling, labor management, food cost control, and customer service.\nSupport new restaurant openings by coordinating training schedules, preparing teams, and ensuring employees are ready for opening day.\nDevelop training materials, standard operating procedures, and resources that support consistent execution across all locations.\nMonitor training progress, employee performance, certification completion, and leadership development.\nIdentify high-potential employees and help prepare them for advancement into management positions.\nPartner with Operations and Human Resources to improve employee retention, performance, and overall training effectiveness.\nEnsure compliance with food safety, sanitation, health regulations, and company policies.\nProvide ongoing coaching and follow-up to ensure training translates into improved restaurant performance.\nQualifications\n3+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in QSR or fast-casual operations.\nPrevious experience as a Training Manager, Training General Manager, Certified Training Manager, or multi-unit restaurant leader.\nStrong understanding of restaurant operations, including food safety, customer service, labor management, food cost, and speed of service.\nProven ability to train, coach, and develop employees and restaurant managers.\nExperience supporting new restaurant openings or training multiple locations is a plus.\nExcellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.\nAbility to travel between restaurant locations as needed.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced environment and providing hands-on training in the field.\nWhat We're Looking For\nA hands-on
