You are trusted to manage each of your clients’ social presence and proactively work towards client goals/objectives established in the planning process. You are dedicated, ambitious and strategic in your approach.\nA significant part of this role involves finding creative and exciting ways to amplify content for our clients. This includes collaborating with internal teams on content strategies and supporting media planners with paid social initiatives as needed. Thoughtful consideration and detailed management of content and campaigns is critical to client success.\nIn this role, you can expect to:\nCreate and/or publish compelling short-form content that aligns with client brand identities, engages audiences, and drives results across social media platforms.\nManage and maintain client social media channels, ensuring consistency in voice, messaging, and brand positioning.\nSupport media planners with paid social initiatives, assisting with campaign setup, monitoring, and reporting as needed.\nMonitor and moderate social media interactions, fostering community engagement, responding to audience inquiries, and proactively managing brand reputation.\nGenerate and contribute creative ideas to enhance content strategies, amplify brand messaging, and uncover new opportunities for audience engagement.\nWhat do You Need?\nExperience creating content or managing social media channels. This can include internships, freelance work, coursework, or personal projects. Entry-level candidates are welcome.\nBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred.\nStrong writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and effectively convey ideas across various platforms.\nHigh attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in content creation, publishing, and reporting.\nAbility to grow in a client-facing role, demonstrating a proactive approach to understanding client needs and delivering exceptional service.\nStrong technological proficiency, with a willingness to learn social media management tools, analytics platforms, and digital advertising interfaces.\nCollaborative and team-focused approach, with the ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with internal and external partners alike.\nPassion for social and digital media, staying informed on emerging trends, platforms, and engagement strategies.\nFamiliarity with paid social campaigns is a plus but not required.\nAgency experience is always preferred but not required.\nImportant note: if you think you have what it takes to be a great in this role but don't necessarily meet all of these qualifications, please still apply!
