Join us as we redefine what’s possible in specialty care.\nAbout the Role\nLeap is expanding rapidly and is hiring a Manager, Client Strategy & Operations to build out the post-sale processes that ensure exceptional client delivery, strong ROI, and account expansion. This is an analytical, hands-on, deeply cross-functional role responsible for architecting the next iteration of Leap's client delivery engine.\nYou'll own and execute against key strategic pillars (see below) that will directly enable Leap's next phase of growth. You'll do this in close partnership with Sales, Operations, and our Analytics functions.\nThis position reports to the Director of Client Success.\nWhat You'll Accomplish\nStand up the client delivery engine\nDefine the architecture needed to support a growing client base and ensure consistent delivery\n\nBuild the models the company uses to forecast member activation rates, cost savings, and top-line revenue\n\nLeverage AI to automate reporting and materials for recurring client meetings (e.g., Quarterly Business Reviews)\n\nSet cross-functional priorities\nWork with the data and analytics team to define the tables and business logic needed to support client reporting\n\nAlign with then member activation and marketing teams to measure the impact of lifecycle campaigns and program design variables\n\nPartner with the pharmacy team on drug sourcing strategy\n\nCollaborate with the growth strategy team to bring client insights into pre-sale collateral\n\nShape the post-sale client lifecycle\nFind pathways to expand client relationships, including deeper collaboration (e.g., through care navigation partners) to increase member engagement, as well as commercial opportunities to grow account revenue\n\nDefine the cadence for post-sale communications and the optimal operational model for each client type\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired\nPassion for delivering high-quality care and improving patients' lives\n\nStrong data fluency, analytical, and problem-solving skills\n\nFluency and interest in using AI to innovate and solve problems at scale\n\nExcitement around solving hard problems in a scrappy, low-ego, ambiguous environment\n\nHigh attention to detail (and willingness to dive into the weeds)\n\nComfort communicating with executive audiences (both internal and external)\n\nAlignment with Leap's values (see here)\n\nPreferred\n3-6 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, strategy, and/or operations roles at high-growth companies\n\nPrior experience working in healthcare\n\nHQ in the NYC (but open to applicants across the US!)\n\nAt Leap, we’re building an outlier company with real impact - and that takes focus, energy, and commitment.
