You'll work on real production systems end-to-end - from API design through to the UI users interact with - collaborating closely with product, design, and other engineers.\nThis role suits someone who's comfortable owning a feature from database to browser, enjoys working across the stack rather than specializing narrowly, and is looking to grow into more senior technical ownership.\nWhat you'll do:\nDesign, build, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using .NET / C#\nBuild responsive, accessible user interfaces using React\nWrite clean, well-tested, maintainable code across both layers of the stack\nParticipate in code reviews and contribute to team engineering standards\nCollaborate with product and design to translate requirements into working software\nDebug and resolve issues across the full stack, from database queries to UI rendering\nContribute to technical design discussions and help evaluate tradeoffs\nWrite and maintain automated tests (unit, integration) to support confident, frequent releases\nWhat you'll bring\n2-4 years of professional software development experience\nSolid experience building backend services with .NET / C# (ASP.NET Core preferred)\nSolid experience building frontend applications with React (hooks, component architecture, state management)\nWorking knowledge of relational databases and writing efficient SQL queries\nComfortable consuming and designing RESTful APIs\nFamiliarity with Git and collaborative development workflows (PRs, code review)\nUnderstanding of software testing practices (unit testing, integration testing)\nStrong communication skills and comfort working in a collaborative, cross-functional team\nA pragmatic, ownership-driven approach to solving problems\nWhy join LEAP?\n Your work matters.
