We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Sales Advisor who enjoys creating meaningful connections, delivering exceptional service, and contributing to a successful store environment.\nAs a brand ambassador, you will bring the customer experience to life through authentic engagement, product knowledge, and thoughtful selling. You will build relationships with customers by understanding their needs, sharing the brand story, and providing personalized recommendations that create memorable shopping experiences.\nIn this role, you will support daily sales initiatives, maintain store standards, and collaborate with teammates to create a welcoming, service-driven environment. Depending on business needs, this role may include opening and closing responsibilities, keyholder duties, and supporting daily store operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced retail setting, balances multiple priorities with attention to detail, and brings enthusiasm, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.\nHourly Pay Range:$17 - $20. This role is commission-eligible, with a starting commission rate of 2% and the opportunity to earn up to 4% based on store performance.
