We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Sales Associate who enjoys creating meaningful connections, delivering exceptional service, and contributing to a successful store environment.\nAs a brand ambassador, you will bring the customer experience to life through authentic engagement, product knowledge, and thoughtful selling. You will build relationships with customers by understanding their needs, sharing the brand story, and providing personalized recommendations that create memorable shopping experiences.\nIn this role, you will support daily sales initiatives, maintain store standards, and collaborate with teammates to create a welcoming, service-driven environment. Depending on business needs, this role may include opening and closing responsibilities, keyholder duties, and supporting daily store operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced retail setting, balances multiple priorities with attention to detail, and brings enthusiasm, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.\nAs part of the Leap platform, you may also have opportunities to support other brands within our portfolio through new store openings, activations, and market coverage needs.\nHourly Pay Range:$19/hr - $21/hr\nCompensation will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, competencies, and qualifications.\nWhat You'll Do\nDeliver an Exceptional Customer Experience\nCreate meaningful customer connections through authentic engagement, active listening, and personalized recommendations.\nProvide an elevated shopping experience by understanding customer needs and delivering thoughtful product solutions.\nRepresent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.\nDrive Sales Through Engagement\nSupport store sales goals through proactive customer engagement and strong selling behaviors.\nDevelop product knowledge to educate customers, share brand stories, and build purchase confidence.\nAssist customers throughout their shopping journey, from initial engagement through checkout.\nSupport Store Operations\nMaintain a customer-ready environment by supporting visual merchandising, replenishment, cleanliness, and overall store presentation.\nAssist with inventory tasks, shipment processing, and daily operational priorities.\nComplete opening and closing procedures, keyholder responsibilities, and assigned operational tasks as needed.\nFollow company policies, procedures, and brand standards to ensure a consistent store experience.\nContribute to the Team\nCollaborate with teammates and leadership to achieve store goals, support daily operations, and create a positive team environment.\nRemain flexible and adaptable to support changing business needs, including peak selling periods, events, and special initiatives.\nBring a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to the success of the team.\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)\nCustomer Experience: Creates meaningful customer interactions through exceptional service, product knowledge, and a welcoming store experience.\nSales Performance: Supports store goals through proactive engagement, effective selling behaviors, and strong product knowledge.\nBrand Representation: Represents the brand through professionalism, enthusiasm, and alignment with brand values.\nOperational Excellence: Maintains store standards through accurate execution of daily tasks, organization, and attention to detail.\nPosition Requirements\nPrevious retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience preferred.\nPassion for creating exceptional customer experiences and building authentic connections.\nStrong communication skills with the ability to engage a diverse range of customers.\nAbility to learn product knowledge and confidently share brand stories.\nTeam-oriented mindset with a willingness to support store priorities and collaborate with others.\nAbility to take ownership of assigned store responsibilities, including opening/closing procedures and keyholder duties as needed.\nDependable, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.\nFlexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.\nAbility to actively work on the sales floor, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.\nMust be at least 18 years of age.\nAbout Leap\nThe Leap platform powers insight-driven retail stores for modern brands, delivering superior performance with minimized risk.
