This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on retail leader who thrives on building high-performing teams, creating exceptional customer experiences, and driving business results.\nAs Store Manager, you will lead the daily success of the boutique by inspiring your team, elevating the customer experience, and delivering strong commercial performance. Through a visible leadership presence, you'll bring the brand to life while fostering a culture of service, collaboration, and accountability.\nAnnual Pay Range: $70,500 - $80,000. Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, competencies, and qualifications.\nWhat You'll Do\nDrive Business Performance\nOwn the daily performance of the boutique, driving sales, profitability, and key business objectives.\nLeverage sales insights and lead by example on the sales floor to optimize performance and inspire exceptional selling behaviors.\nChampion an entrepreneurial mindset by identifying opportunities to grow the business within the local market.\nDeliver an Exceptional Customer Experience\nDeliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience that builds lasting customer relationships and brand loyalty.\nInspire the team to exceed customer expectations through authentic engagement, product expertise, and thoughtful service.\nDevelop & Inspire the Team\nRecruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.\nSupport ongoing talent development by providing regular feedback, recognition, and growth opportunities.\nBuild Brand Presence\nServe as a brand ambassador by cultivating local partnerships, supporting community events, and identifying opportunities to increase brand awareness.\nCollaborate with neighboring Leap-powered stores and support market initiatives, including new store openings, in-store activations, and sales floor coverage as needed.\nLead Operational Excellence\nEnsure consistent execution of brand standards across visual merchandising, inventory management, scheduling, payroll, shipment processing, and daily operations.\nMaintain an organized, customer-ready environment that supports an exceptional shopping experience.\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)\nBusiness Growth & Sales Performance: Drives sales growth and profitability through strong commercial execution and effective management of key performance metrics.\nCustomer Experience & Brand Loyalty: Builds lasting customer relationships through personalized service, meaningful engagement, and experiences that encourage repeat business.\nOperational Excellence: Maintains exceptional execution across inventory accuracy, visual presentation, operational processes, and brand standards.\nTeam Engagement & Development: Builds an engaged, high-performing team through coaching, recognition, talent development, and a culture of accountability.\nPosition Requirements\n3+ years of retail leadership experience leading high-performing teams and delivering strong business results.\nExperience within boutique, premium, specialty, or lifestyle retail environments preferred.\nProven ability to drive sales, develop high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional customer experiences through hands-on leadership.\nStrong business acumen with the ability to interpret performance metrics and make data-informed decisions.\nEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving retail environment.\nExperience with Shopify, Endear CRM, Slack, and Google Workspace preferred.\nFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional travel as needed.\nAbility to actively lead on the sales floor, including standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs.\nMust be at least 18 years of age.\nAbout Leap\nLeap powers insight-driven retail experiences for modern brands, enabling scalable growth through technology, operational expertise, and retail excellence.
