system design, testing, security,\nperformance, independent of AI tools\n\nExperience reviewing and critiquing AI-generated code at a team level, not just\npersonal use\n\nComfortable leading a squad of 4-8 engineers in a client-facing delivery\ncontext\n\nFluent in at least one of: Node.js / TypeScript, Python, Java, Go\n\nClear communicator - able to explain trade-offs to both engineers and\nnon-technical stakeholders\n\nDesirable Skills:\nFamiliarity with LLM API integration OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, AWS Bedrock)\n\nExperience with RAG pipelines or agentic workflow design\n\nAWS or equivalent cloud certification\n\nNearshore or distributed team experience\n\nSoft Skills:\nHighly motivated, self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset, and capable of solving complex analytical problems under high-pressure situations.\n\nAbility to work with cross-functional and cross-regional teams.\n\nAbility to lead a team of Data/AI professionals and work with senior management, technological experts, and the product team.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable with client communication.\n\nGood leadership skills -
