Additionally, you will play a key role in shaping the technical strategy and providing thought leadership in software engineering.\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable microservices and APIs using Golang\n\nBuild fault-tolerant, secure, and high-performance backend systems\n\nCollaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers in a cross-functional environment\n\nImplement new platform features, integrations, and internal tooling\n\nParticipate in system architecture discussions and technical decision-making\n\nWrite clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices\n\nPerform code reviews and contribute to improving development standards\n\nDevelop automated unit and integration tests using TDD practices\n\nOptimize application performance, reliability, and scalability\n\nContribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation\n\nMonitor production systems and troubleshoot complex technical issues\n\nMentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance\n\nAlign engineering solutions with business goals and customer needs\n\nRequirements\n5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3+ years focused on Golang development\n\nStrong experience building scalable distributed systems, RESTful APIs, and backend services\n\nProficiency with Go frameworks and tools such as Gin, Echo, Fiber, GORM, or similar\n\nStrong understanding of concurrency, multithreading, and Go internals\n\nExperience with relational and NoSQL databases, especially MongoDB and PostgreSQL\n\nFamiliarity with event-driven architecture, message queues, and asynchronous processing\n\nExperience working with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP)\n\nExperience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments\n\nFamiliarity with CI/CD tools such as Concourse, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI\n\nStrong understanding of software design principles, clean architecture, and system design\n\nExperience with unit testing, integration testing, and Test Driven Development (TDD)\n\nStrong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills\n\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum development environments\n\nBenefits and perks:\nWe believe our people are our greatest strength.
