In this role, you will work on building scalable applications while also contributing to the integration of GenAI-driven features that enhance product capabilities. You will collaborate on architectural decisions, support AI-assisted functionalities, and help the team stay aligned with emerging AI technologies. This is a great opportunity for someone strong in full-stack engineering who is also interested in applying GenAI in practical, real-world use cases.\nDesign and develop robust full-stack applications using modern frameworks with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.\n\nCollaborate on architectural decisions involving application design, cloud services, and AI-assisted features.\n\nImplement and support light to moderate GenAI integrations (e.g., integrating LLM APIs, building prompt workflows, handling embeddings, basic vector search, or AI-powered UI components).\n\nDriving technical projects and providing leadership in an innovative and fast-paced environment\n\nLead, motivate and mentor team members in achieving project and organizational goals\n\nActively involved in improving organizational culture, process, and standards\n\nProvide thought leadership and strengthen the team’s software engineering capabilities\n\nStay current with trends in full-stack development and evolving GenAI tools/frameworks.\n\nRequirements\n5+ years of professional experience in software development with 1+ years in a leadership or mentoring capacity.\n\n2+ years of experience in React and Node.js (or equivalent full-stack technologies).\n\nExpert-level knowledge of architectural principles, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.\n\nAdvanced knowledge of relational and non-relational databases\n\nStrong understanding of architectural principles, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.\n\nExperience with both relational and NoSQL databases.\n\nFamiliarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and code quality best practices.\n\nExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native application development.\n\nExposure to AI-assisted feature development or willingness to work on GenAI components.\n\nExperience working in agile teams.\n\nExcellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\n\nCustomer-oriented mindset with a passion for building modern, intelligent applications.\n\nBachelor’s in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.\n\nNice to have\nProficiency in one or more languages: Python, Golang, Java\n\nExperience with SaaS products\n\nExperience with AWS techs like EC2, EBS, S3, SNS, RDS, Lambda, and Faregate\n\nExperience with containerization such as Docker, Kubernetes\n\nExperience with EHR integration, Redox, FHIR, HL7\n\nBenefits and perks:\nWe believe our people are our greatest strength.
