In this role, you will lead client conversations from discovery through delivery - developing a deep understanding of business goals and end-customer needs, and shaping solutions that are technically sound, commercially viable, and built to scale. You will own architecture decisions across large-scale engagements, guide cross-functional teams through the full software development lifecycle, and champion modern, AI-powered engineering practices across projects.\nKey Responsibilities\nClient Engagement & Discovery\nLead client conversations through the design and discovery phases of new and existing projects, acting as a trusted technical advisor.\n\nBuild a strong understanding of each client’s business domain, objectives, and end-customer needs, and shape solutions accordingly.\n\nGather and analyze business requirements, and plan the product roadmap in collaboration with the project manager and the client.\n\nIdeate and evaluate solution options with stakeholders, balancing business value with technical feasibility.\n\nArchitecture & Solution Design\n\nLead and oversee solution analysis, architecture design, and technical documentation across engagements.\n\nArchitecture & Solution Design\nLead and oversee solution analysis, architecture design, and technical documentation across engagements.\n\nDesign architectures grounded in the AWS Well-Architected Framework - operational excellence, security, reliability, performance efficiency, cost optimization, and sustainability.\n\nEnsure solutions meet scalability, availability, and performance objectives from the outset.\n\nEstimation & Delivery Planning\nRight-size engagements with credible estimates for timelines, team size and composition, and cost.\n\nDecide the right balance of project deliverables based on resources, cost, effort, and time.\n\nLead the end-to-end software development lifecycle - from discovery and design through build, deployment, and handover.\n\nEmbed AI-powered SDLC practices and tooling to raise delivery velocity and engineering quality.\n\nLeadership & Collaboration\nLead cross-functional teams to achieve project and organizational goals.\n\nComply with all professional, departmental, and company best practices.\n\nRegularly inspect and improve project delivery and engineering processes.\n\nRequirements\nA degree (Master’s preferred) in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.\n\n10+ years of experience in the software industry, with demonstrated experience architecting large-scale solutions.\n\nAWS Certified Solutions Architect (Professional preferred).\n\nStrong command of the Cloud Well-Architected Framework and a track record of applying it in real-world engagements.\n\nProven ability to estimate and right-size engagements - timelines, team sizing, cost analysis, and capacity planning.\n\nDemonstrable experience with application scalability, availability, and performance.\n\nExperience leading the end-to-end SDLC, with working knowledge of AI-powered SDLC practices and tools.\n\nExperience working with Generative AI, LLMs, and agentic orchestration, and applying them in real-world applications.\n\nExpert-level knowledge of cloud-native architecture on AWS;
