A better future?\nJob Description\nPerforms various quality studies and works with teams in a technical manner to prevent & resolve quality concerns.\nResponsibilities\nPerform efforts, H-Points and scans for all seats produced in production and launch.\nMaintain all effort, H-Point and scan data.\nSupport problem investigations internal and external.\nPerform various audits of finished products.\nConduct audits of process compliance (Poke-Yoke).\nProvide audit feedback to production department.\nProcess capability studies as needed for efforts.\nPerform all gauge R & R studies as needed for efforts.\nPeriodic product testing as required.\nAssociated daily/weekly/monthly reports.\nSupport Production and Quality with as needed seat replacements.\nSkills\nQuality Assurance\nQuality Control\nQuality Improvement\nEducation Requirements\nHigh school diploma or GED.\nExperience Requirements\nMinimum 3 years quality experience (or related technical training).\nQuality workmanship.\nAbove average productivity.\nPractical experience in blueprint reading.\nFormalized problem-solving involvement.\nAbove average PC database experience.\nAbove average PC word processing experience. \nPerforming physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body.\nPhysical ability to lift, carry, and/or move objects heavy objects.\nPhysical ability to stand for long periods of time and operate pneumatic tools.\nPhysical ability to make fast, simple repetitive movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists.\nWilling to work any shift.\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nLear Corporation is committed to fair, merit-based employment practices and equal opportunity.\n\nWe provide reasonable accommodations in accordance with applicable law.
