A better future?\nJob Description:\nWe are seeking a commercially minded Account Manager to join our Thermal Comfort Systems (TCS) team in Plzeň. This is a first-level sales/account management role, operating as an individual contributor within a small, international team.\nResponsibilities\nManage day-to-day commercial activities across the Thermal Comfort Systems (TCS) business as an individual contributor within a small, agile team.\nLead negotiation and closure of commercial agreements (customer & supplier-facing where relevant)\nAct as the key interface between plant operations and external customers\nSupport new business pursuits and RFQ activities within TCS\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders\nOwn assigned sales accounts and contribute to program P&L performance\nDrive margin improvement and cost recovery actions\nNegotiate and manage engineering change requests\nMaintain internal reporting (LRP, APR, plant improvement plans, ProFile, etc.)\nSupport PAR/PFA approvals and internal governance processes\nContribute to excess and obsolete material handling\nManage commercial aspects of supply or capacity constraints\nEducation Requirements\nDegree in Engineering, Business, or similar field\nExperience Requirements\nMust Have\nAutomotive experience (or similar manufacturing industries such as rail or aerospace)\nProven commercial exposure (sales, account management, or purchasing)\nDemonstrated experience in negotiations (customer and/or supplier-facing)\nStrong business acumen and willingness to build product and industry knowledge\nProficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)\nNice To Have\nExperience in automotive interiors, seating, or related components\nExposure to program financials / P&L\nExperience working in cross-functional, international teams\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nLear Corporation is committed to fair, merit-based employment practices and equal opportunity.\nWe provide reasonable accommodations in accordance with applicable law.
