A better future?\nResponsibilities\nSupervise the team of Advanced Quality Engineers and laboratory.\nControl and validate Quality APQP deliverables in Profile / LearPro.\nControl and validate the development and the update of the control plan.\nControl the submission of the eAPQP to customers.\nControl the preparation of the list of special characteristic supplements-K / SCSS.\nControl Laboratory (internal +USCAR) activities and ensure compliance with customer requirements\nEnsure the problem solving of customer claims related to warranty issues.\nEnsure the follow up of customer scorecards.\nControl the problem solving of customer claims related to prototypes and pre-serial production.\nControl internal defect analysis for prototypes.\nControl the implementation of engineering changes.\nSupport the preparation of the internal deviations to ensure adherence to customer requirement and Lear procedures.\nEnsure the self-assessment according to customer requirement (Manufacturing Site Assessment, new RFQ…).\nEncourage the team to propose solutions and to remove the roadblocks.\nParticipate in the continuous improvement of Quality Management System.\nExperience Requirements\nBac+5, with at least 5 years of experience within an automotive Industry\nKnowledge of Quality Management systems IATF 16949 (standards)\nGood knowledge of problem-solving tools: ISHIKAWA, 8D, 5WHY, PARETO…\nGood knowledge of Quality Core-tools: Control Plan, PFMEA, PPAP, APQP…\nGood skills of Team Management\nAbility to work in a high-tempo environment and interact with team members over a wide scope of the organization.\nGood English & French communication skills\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nLear Corporation is committed to fair, merit-based employment practices and equal opportunity.\nWe provide reasonable accommodations in accordance with applicable law.
