A better future?\nResponsibilities\nLead the Advanced Quality activities related to new projects.\nEnsure the submission of the Schedule-A / eAPQP to customer\nFollow up, control and submission of Quality APQP deliverables.\nPreparation and submission of PPAP package and follow of its approval with the customer.\nEnsure development and update of the control plan and audit its execution.\nLead the development of the control methods of special characteristics in SCCAF/ Supplement K.\nManage the Quality validation of prototypes.\nLead the problem solving of internal and external quality issues during prototypes and pre-serial production.\nEnsure the follow up of customer scorecard.\nEnsure the self-assessment according to customer requirement (Manufacturing Site Assessment, new RFQ…).\nControl the implementation of engineering changes and permits.\nParticipate in the improvement of the Quality Management System.\nSupport CI activities.\nEducation Requirements\nEducation: Engineering/Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Quality, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.\nExperience Requirements\nPreferably with experience in quality of automotive industry.\nKnowledge of Quality Management systems IATF 16949 (standards)\nGood knowledge of problem-solving tools: ISHIKAWA, 8D, 5WHY, PARETO…\nGood knowledge of Quality Core-tools: Control Plan, PFMEA, PPAP, APQP…\nAbility to work in a high-tempo environment and interact with team members over a wide scope of organization.\nPrior experience working with German OEM is highly preferred.\nLanguages\nGood communication skills.\nProficiency in both English and French.\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nLear Corporation is committed to fair, merit-based employment practices and equal opportunity.\nWe provide reasonable accommodations in accordance with applicable law.
