A better future?\nResponsibilities\nServe as the primary quality contact for customers and ensure effective communication.\nManage customer complaints and warranty claims, including 8D reports, containment actions, and corrective action follow-up.\nCoordinate APQP, PPAP, PSW, and IMDS submissions to ensure timely customer approvals.\nSupport new product launches and engineering changes while ensuring compliance with customer requirements.\nLead cross-functional problem-solving activities and root cause analysis.\nMonitor quality KPIs (IPPM, DPPM, RPPM, warranty, sorting, and rework costs) and drive improvements.\nDevelop, maintain, and review PFMEA, Control Plans, and special characteristics.\nSupport production and engineering teams in implementing and validating corrective and preventive actions.\nAct as the interface between the plant, customer sites, and resident engineers, ensuring customer satisfaction.\nEnsure compliance with quality, environmental, health, and safety standards, and coordinate customer audits.\nExperience Requirements\nDegree: Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Quality/Industrial field\nExperience: 5 years of experience in automotive industry and 3 years of experience in quality.\nGood know how and skills of the APQP approach and PPAP.\nMastery of Core Tools\nMastery of 8D problem solving methodology\nGood communication skills\nProficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nLear Corporation is committed to fair, merit-based employment practices and equal opportunity.\nWe provide reasonable accommodations in accordance with applicable law.
