A better future?\nShort overview\nAs part of the European Supplier Quality team, you support program teams in achieving excellence in supplier quality across new product launches and current production. You drive quality planning, supplier development, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement to ensure customer satisfaction, manufacturing stability, and operational success throughout the supply chain.\nResponsibilities\nLead supplier APQP activities to ensure successful new product launches and readiness before start of production.\nCoordinate supplier PPAP approvals, process qualification activities, and product and design verification requirements.\nReview and validate PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, SPC, and GD&T documentation to ensure robust manufacturing controls.\nConduct supplier readiness assessments, audits, gateway reviews, and run-at-rate evaluations to verify production capability.\nManage supplier quality performance through scorecard reviews, audits, and ongoing quality monitoring.\nDrive issue escalation, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation to resolve supplier quality concerns.\nDevelop and execute supplier improvement and recovery plans to improve performance and return underperforming suppliers to target levels.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives across seating manufacturing processes, including JIT, Trim, Structures, and TCS operations.\nExperience Requirements\n3+ years of experience in Supplier Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related automotive manufacturing role.\nStrong experience with APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, SPC, and supplier quality management processes.\nKnowledge of automotive quality standards, supplier audits, process qualification, and corrective action methodologies.\nExperience working with seating manufacturing processes, including JIT, Trim, Structures, or TCS environments will be big advantage.\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or equivalent experience.","description_format":"text","description_chars":2589,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":3,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":{"level":"bachelor","optional":true},"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":[],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-04T11:42:09Z"}],"visa":[{"country":"GB","licensed_sponsor":true,"evidence":"Licensed UK visa sponsor (Skilled Worker, Senior or Specialist Worker)","filings_12m":null,"filings_prev_12m":null,"green_card_filings_12m":null,"median_offered_wage_usd":null,"route":"Skilled Worker;
