A better future?\nJob Description\nServe as the primary customer contact for quality-related issues, ensuring timely response and resolution. Coordinate the implementation of containment actions both inside and outside the plant and lead cross-functional teams through the problem-solving process, utilizing structured methodologies to identify root causes and implement corrective actions that ensure customer satisfaction and product quality.\nResponsibilities\nAct as the main point of contact for customers regarding quality concerns and issues.\nCoordinate and monitor containment activities within the plant and at customer locations as required.\nLead and coordinate cross-functional teams during problem-solving activities.\nFacilitate root cause analysis and corrective action implementation using structured problem-solving methodologies (8D, PDCA, DMAIC, etc.).\nEnsure timely communication and follow-up with customers regarding quality issues and resolution status.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality performance and customer satisfaction.\nMonitor effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence of quality issues.\nSkills\nQuality Control\nStatistical Process Controls\nProduction Process\nSupplier Quality Management\nQuality Improvement\nEducation Requirements\nBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.\nExperience Requirements\n1+ years in quality areas within automotive industry (Wire harness or experience with Ford is a plus)\nCertifications / Licenses\nLanguages\nIntemediate English Level\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nLear Corporation is committed to fair, merit-based employment practices and equal opportunity.\nWe provide reasonable accommodations in accordance with applicable law.
