A better future?\nJob Description\nYou ensure product quality from development through production, acting as the key link between internal teams and customer expectations. You support program launch and ongoing quality performance while maintaining compliance with automotive standards.\nResponsibilities\nSupport program quality activities using APQP methodology across development and launch phases\nDevelop and maintain control plans, capability studies (SPC), and gauge validation processes\nAnalyze customer quality requirements and monitor program quality status\nManage customer claims using 8D methodology and ensure effective containment actions\nPrepare and update customer documentation and manage quality-related customer portals\nLead problem-solving activities and conduct root cause analysis for quality issues\nPerform inspections and measurements based on technical drawings and specifications\nEnsure compliance with required tolerances, standards, and internal quality processes\nExperience Requirements\n3+ years of experience in quality engineering within manufacturing or automotive environments\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical field\nStrong knowledge of Core Tools (APQP, PFMEA, SPC, PPAP, MSA) and their practical application\nExperience with customer quality management, including claims handling and 8D methodology\nEnglish proficiency required; familiarity with French is a plus\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nLear Corporation is committed to fair, merit-based employment practices and equal opportunity.\nWe provide reasonable accommodations in accordance with applicable law.
