A better future?\nJob Description\nAs an EHS Coordinator, you will work closely with the EHS Manager to provide effective health, safety, and environmental support across the Coventry site. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with legal requirements, promoting a positive safety culture, and supporting the Plant and Technical Centre in achieving its business objectives.\nResponsibilities\nDeputise for the EHS Manager and provide guidance to managers, supervisors, and team leaders on health, safety, and environmental matters.\nPromote a positive safety culture and support achievement of site HSE targets, including the goal of zero lost time accidents.\nLead accident, incident, and near-miss investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented and closed on time.\nDevelop, maintain, and review risk assessments, COSHH assessments, and safe systems of work across the site.\nCoordinate safety inspections, audits, and daily workplace walkthroughs to identify hazards and drive continuous improvement.\nMaintain compliance with ISO 14001 requirements and support ISO 45001 certification activities, including internal audits.\nDeliver health, safety, and environmental training and actively engage employees in safety walks, risk assessments, and improvement initiatives.\nManage contractor and visitor safety processes, including permit-to-work compliance, contractor documentation reviews, and machinery safety requirements.\nExperience Requirements\nExperience in an EHS role within a manufacturing, logistics, or transport environment.\nNEBOSH Certificate, Health and Safety qualification, or equivalent professional certification.\nIOSH Managing Safely qualification.\nExperience conducting risk assessments, accident investigations, audits, and compliance activities within a regulated environment.\nStrong communication, organizational, and training delivery skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate across all levels of the business.","description_format":"text","description_chars":2565,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":[],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-08T17:11:55Z"}],"visa":[{"country":"GB","licensed_sponsor":true,"evidence":"Licensed UK visa sponsor (Skilled Worker, Senior or Specialist Worker)","filings_12m":null,"filings_prev_12m":null,"green_card_filings_12m":null,"median_offered_wage_usd":null,"route":"Skilled Worker;
