A better future?\nJob Description\nLaunch your engineering career with Lear and the University of Warwick.\nThis exciting Degree Apprenticeship offers the opportunity to gain a fully funded BEng in Applied Professional Engineering via the Product Design and Development Engineer route while earning a salary and building valuable industry experience with one of the world's leading automotive suppliers.\nWorking within Lear's Seating Development team, you'll help design, develop and validate innovative seating systems used by some of the world's largest automotive manufacturers. From supporting product development projects to solving real engineering challenges, you'll gain hands-on experience while learning from experienced engineers, technical specialists and mentors.\nStarting in September 2027, this four-year Level 6 Degree Apprenticeship (plus End Point Assessment) combines academic study at the University of Warwick with practical workplace experience at Lear.
