A better future?\nJob Description\nAs Facilities Coordinator, you'll be responsible for maintaining the building in good condition, implementing improvement ideas, and planning facility operations, as well as ensuring energy supplies and reducing energy costs.\nResponsibilities\nCoordinate corrective, preventive, and predictive building maintenance activities.\nMaintain substations, compressors, lighting systems, refrigeration, buildings, electrical installations, and administration.\nMonitor energy use, review consumption, and seek cost reduction.\nImplement lean manufacturing systems in the departments.\nTrain and educate the team or identify specific training needs.\nDevelop service provider and monitor maintenance policies for peripheral equipment.\nImplement and maintain Lear building standardization.\nMaintain department KPIs within target.\nSkills\nTooling\nElectromechanics\nEducation Requirements\nIndustrial, electronic, electromechanical, or mechanical engineering.\nExperience Requirements\nKnowledge of nitrogen system maintenance, high- and medium-voltage handling, painting, working at heights, basic plumbing, and construction.\nAt least 5 years of experience in the field.• Experience in the electronics industry is required.\nLanguages\nIntermediate English level\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nLear Corporation is committed to fair, merit-based employment practices and equal opportunity.\nWe provide reasonable accommodations in accordance with applicable law.
