A better future?\nJob Description\nAs a Graduate Engineer within Lear's Seating Development team, you'll contribute to the design, development and validation of innovative automotive seating systems used by some of the world's leading vehicle manufacturers.\nThrough our structured two-year graduate programme, you'll gain hands-on experience across multiple engineering disciplines while working alongside experienced engineers, project managers and technical specialists.
