A better future?\nJob Description\nAs the HR Manager for the Martorell JIT Plant, you will lead all Human Resources activities supporting the plant's daily operations, ensuring alignment between business objectives and people strategies.\nYou will partner closely with the Plant Manager and Corporate HR teams to ensure effective labor relations, workforce planning, talent development, and HR compliance in a fast-paced production environment.\n\nResponsibilities\nLead the implementation of HR policies, programs, and initiatives across the plant.\nManage labor relations, including works council interactions, collective agreements, union relationships, and negotiations.\nOversee payroll, hiring, employee records, time and attendance, and personnel administration processes.\nEnsure compliance with labor legislation, company policies, and HR governance requirements.\nLead recruitment, onboarding, training, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.\n\nDevelop and manage workforce planning, including headcount forecasting and staffing plans.\nMonitor and report HR metrics, workforce trends, and key performance indicators.\nManage the annual HR budget and control personnel-related costs.\nRepresent the company before labor authorities and collaborate with legal and corporate functions.\nPromote employee engagement, teamwork, communication, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.\nCoordinate GDPR-related activities and ensure data privacy compliance at plant level.\nExperience Requirements\n+5 years of experience in HR management\n\nStrong expertise in labor relations, collective bargaining, union negotiations, and employee representative bodies.\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, Law, or equivalent experience.\nFluent English and Spanish with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nProven experience leading HR operations, workforce planning, talent development, and organizational change in a plant environment.\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nLear Corporation is committed to fair, merit-based employment practices and equal opportunity.\nWe provide reasonable accommodations in accordance with applicable law.
