A better future?\nJob Description\nAs part of the manufacturing engineering team, you will lead the industrialization of new products and production lines within a fast-paced automotive electronics environment. You will help ensure high-quality, efficient, and innovative manufacturing processes that support successful product launches and continuous operational improvement.\nResponsibilities\nLead the industrialization of new product launches and ensure successful production ramp-up.\nPlan, design, and implement new production lines to meet quality, capacity, and efficiency targets.\nCoordinate project industrialization activities and ensure achievement of defined milestones.\nIdentify and introduce new manufacturing technologies that improve production performance.\nSupport Factory 4.0 initiatives through the execution of automation and innovation projects.\nDesign and optimize manufacturing processes to meet customer, quality, and business requirements.\nAnalyze production performance and implement continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process readiness, equipment reliability, and launch success.\nExperience Requirements\nBachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.\nMaster's degree in Engineering is a plus.\nExperience in manufacturing engineering, industrialization, or process engineering within a production environment.\nKnowledge of electronics manufacturing processes, including SMT, automation, and testing.\nFluent English communication skills, with strong leadership, initiative, and stakeholder management abilities.\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nLear Corporation is committed to fair, merit-based employment practices and equal opportunity.\nWe provide reasonable accommodations in accordance with applicable law.
