A better future?\nJob Description\nAs an IT Supervisor, you will lead the plant’s IT operations, infrastructure, and technology initiatives to ensure high system availability, data security, and reliable support for business operations. You will partner with corporate IT teams and local stakeholders to maintain, improve, and scale technology solutions while managing budgets, compliance, and end-user satisfaction.\nResponsibilities\nManage and maintain the plant’s IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and computing environment.\nEvaluate business technology needs and support the planning and implementation of infrastructure upgrades and enhancements.\nCollaborate with corporate IT teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards, security, and technology roadmaps.\nEnsure data security, network protection, backup processes, and disaster recovery readiness.\nLead troubleshooting efforts, resolve critical IT issues, and minimize system downtime.\nOversee local help desk operations and ensure timely resolution of hardware, software, and user support requests.\nManage IT assets, vendor relationships, and the procurement of hardware, software, and technology services.\nDevelop and manage the annual IT budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.\nMonitor IT performance metrics and KPIs, driving continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.\nSupport telephony systems administration, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.\nEnsure compliance with corporate policies, governance standards, and IT security requirements.\nCommunicate effectively with plant leadership and employees to identify needs and deliver technology solutions that improve business performance.\nExperience Requirements\n5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, network management, or a related IT leadership role.\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.\nExperience managing Windows Server environments, VMware virtualization, SQL Server, and Cisco-based network infrastructure.\nStrong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nExperience with IT security, backup and disaster recovery planning, Microsoft 365 administration, and IT budget management.\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nLear Corporation is committed to fair, merit-based employment practices and equal opportunity.\nWe provide reasonable accommodations in accordance with applicable law.
