A better future?\nResponsibilities\nCarry out validation activities for tooling and equipment during project launches, engineering changes, and pre-production phases.\nOversee the calibration of testing and measurement equipment.\nDevelop work instructions for the use of measurement and testing equipment.\nConduct MSA (Gage R&R) studies for measurement and testing equipment and inspection tools.\nEnsure validation of error-proofing (poka-yoke) systems.\nManage quality monitoring for aftermarket products.\nHandle and participate in the resolution of warranty claims.\nGather information required for the technical analysis of parts.\nCommunicate analysis results to the customer.\nEnsure the proper implementation of all \"lessons learned.\"\nMonitor Teardown reports.\nReview customer performance indicators via online portals.\nManage teams-including engineers, inspectors, and quality technicians-and oversee their training; implement engineering changes across various projects.\nLead USCAR validation processes.\nConduct periodic export audits.\nVerify that the quality instructions displayed match the specific workstation and that visual aids are in good condition.\nReview test protocols and equipment orders.\nEducation Requirements\nEducation: Engineering/Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Quality, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.\nExperience Requirements\nPreferably Bac+5 with an experience within the automotive wiring Industry especially Laboratory activities\nKnowledge of Quality Management systems IATF 16949 (standards).\nAbility to work in a high-tempo environment and interact with team members over a wide scope of the organization.\nTo have a good English communication skill.\nLanguages\nGood communication skills.\nProficiency in both English and French.\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nLear Corporation is committed to fair, merit-based employment practices and equal opportunity.\nWe provide reasonable accommodations in accordance with applicable law.
