Working under the guidance of experienced team members, the student gains hands-on experience while contributing to engineering, IT, manufacturing, or business initiatives\nThe Role:\nYour work will include, but not be limited to:\nSupport team projects, assignments, and operational activities.\nAssist with data analysis, documentation, reporting, and process improvements.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.\nParticipate in problem-solving efforts and provide recommendations.\nDevelop technical and professional skills through hands-on learning and mentorship.\nFollow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.\nQualifications:\nCurrently enrolled in Kettering University's Cooperative Education Program.\nPursuing a degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.\nEffective written and verbal communication skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.\nThis role provides students with practical industry experience while contributing to Lear's business objectives and innovation efforts.\nLear Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to a diverse workplace.\nApplicants must submit their resume for consideration using our applicant tracking system.
