This program provides hands-on experience in a global automotive technology company, offering exposure to real-world business challenges and opportunities to work alongside experienced professionals.\nInternship opportunities may be available across a variety of functions, including Engineering, Finance, Program Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Quality, Information Technology, and other key business areas.\nThe Role:\nYour work will include, but not be limited to:\nSupporting day-to-day departmental activities and projects\nAssisting with data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives\nCollaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives\nConducting research and presenting findings and recommendations\nParticipating in meetings, training sessions, and team events\nGaining exposure to Lear’s manufacturing plants, corporate functions, and operational processes\nCompleting special projects and assignments as needed\nYour Qualifications:\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's from an accredited college or university\nStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications\nEagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment\nWhy Join Lear?\nAt Lear, interns are given meaningful work, opportunities to develop professionally, and exposure to industry leaders.
