A better future?\nJob Description\nCommunicate customer claims, warranty issues, and internal quality concerns across the plant\nMonitor and analyze key quality KPIs such as WC, RPPM, LMQM, and SPPM\nEnsure effective implementation and compliance with the Quality Management System and control plans\nLead and support a team of Quality Engineers, Supervisors, Technicians, and Controllers\nDrive corrective and preventive actions related to internal and external defects\nCoordinate and execute processes and product audits to ensure compliance\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes\nMaintain documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with standards\nExperience Requirements\nMaster’s degree (Bac+5) in Engineering, Quality, or a related field\n5+ years of experience in the automotive industry as a Quality Engineer\nWorking knowledge of AIAG core tools (e.g., FMEA, PPAP, APQP, SPC, MSA)\nStrong understanding of IATF 16949 quality standards and systems\nTeam Management\nFluency in both French and English with strong communication skills\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nLear Corporation is committed to fair, merit-based employment practices and equal opportunity.\nWe provide reasonable accommodations in accordance with applicable law.
