A better future?\nJob Description\nResponsible for the timely procurement of production and indirect materials required for operations, maintaining inventory levels of materials and finished goods within established standards.\nResponsibilities\nMonitor Materials KPIs and support achievement of performance targets.\nPrevent and resolve customer service issues and escalations.\nCoordinate procurement escalations and drive timely issue resolution.\nManage PTA tracking and ensure timely closure of open items.\nSupport materials cost recovery initiatives.\nParticipate in continuous improvement projects to enhance materials performance and efficiency.\nWork cross-functionally to ensure on-time material availability and customer delivery performance.\nProvide support to ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, CTPAT, OEA, SOX requirements, and internal procedures.\nSkills\nCollaboration\nCapacity Planning\nLean Manufacturing\nInventory Planning\nProduction Planning\nSix Sigma Methodology\nLean Six Sigma\nEducation Requirements\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.\nFluent in English, both written and spoken\nExperience Requirements\nExperience in the automotive industry; experience in cut-and-sew operations is preferred\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in materials planning, logistics, procurement, or supply chain operations.\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications.\nExperience with QAD MFG/PRO and advanced Excel skills preferred.\nCertifications / Licenses\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nLear Corporation is committed to fair, merit-based employment practices and equal opportunity.\nWe provide reasonable accommodations in accordance with applicable law.
