Posición: Supervisión de Materiales
Ubicación: Planta Laminadora - Ciudad Juárez, Chih.
Objetivos:
Es responsable ante el Gerente de Materiales de abastecimiento y flujo del material productivo al departamento de producción, supervisa revisión de materiales y embarque del producto, niveles de inventarios, abastecimiento y mantenimiento adecuado a los récords de los materiales.
Funciones Clave Del Puesto
- Supervisa las entradas y salidas de los materiales a la diferentes áreas.
- Supervisa el control y manejo de los materiales, asegurando que los reportes sean confiables.
- Supervisa que el personal lleve a cabo las reglas de seguridad, orden y limpieza en sus labores.
- Verifica que la rotación de material existente sea continua.
- Deberá asegurarse que se cumplan todas las instrucciones de trabajo de cada área.
- Participación activa en el área, rotación y ausentismo y 5's.
- Altos estándares.
- Comunicación organizada.
- Cumplimiento a timbre a timbre.
- Responsable de la veracidad de los inventarios en resguardo (materia prima / producto terminado).
- Responsable de ciclos / ajustes de inventario.
- Se asegura que el personal a su cargo realice las actividades correspondientes de sus puestos.
- Cumplir y hacer cumplir las políticas y procedimientos de Seguridad de la planta así como también con las normas de ISO-14001, IATF-16949/ISO9001, legales y reglamentarias.
Educación
- Lic. en Administración o carrera afín.
Experiencia
- 2+ años de experiencia en posición similar.
- Materiales.
- Control de inventarios.
- Experiencia automotriz.
Idioma
Inglés intermedio - avanzado.
