A better future?\nJob Description\nThe Plant Financial Analyst supports the financial operations of a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role partners with the Controller, Assistant Controller, and plant leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting, payroll processing, inventory controls, and month-end close activities.\nResponsibilities\nPrepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.\nProcess weekly payroll and related reporting.\nSupport accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.\nAssist with inventory control processes, including cycle counts, BOM audits, and physical inventories.\nPrepare weekly operational labor reports.\nSupport fixed asset accounting and vendor chargeback processes.\nAssist with SOX compliance, internal controls, and audit requests.\nCross-train across accounting functions and provide backup support as needed.\nParticipate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.\nEducation Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.\nExperience Requirements\n1-4 years of accounting or manufacturing finance experience preferred.\nStrong Excel, analytical, and organizational skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong communication and problem-solving skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nManufacturing accounting experience.\nPayroll and inventory accounting experience.\nExperience with ERP systems such as SAP, AS400, or similar platforms.\nExperience with Kronos, Coupa, or related financial systems.\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nLear Corporation is committed to fair, merit-based employment practices and equal opportunity.\nWe provide reasonable accommodations in accordance with applicable law.
