A better future?\nResponsibilities\nLead and coordinate the PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) submission process according to customer requirements.\nPrepare, review, and approve PPAP documentation (Control Plans, PFMEA, Process Flow, MSA, capability studies, etc.).\nEnsure compliance with IATF 16949, customer-specific requirements, and AIAG standards.\nSupport new product launches and engineering changes.\nCoordinate activities with suppliers, manufacturing, engineering, and customers.\nAnalyze quality issues using problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa).\nMonitor process capability and implement corrective and preventive actions.\nConduct internal audits and support customer audits.\nTrack quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.\nRequirements\nExperience in automotive quality engineering.\nStrong knowledge of PPAP, APQP, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA.\nUnderstanding of IATF 16949 and automotive customer requirements.\nExperience with root cause analysis and problem-solving tools.\nGood communication skills and customer-facing experience.\nExperience with quality tools and ERP systems \n\nKey Competencies\nAttention to detail\nAnalytical thinking\nCustomer orientation\nProject coordination\nContinuous improvement mindset\nStrong stakeholder management\n\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nLear Corporation is committed to fair, merit-based employment practices and equal opportunity.\nWe provide reasonable accommodations in accordance with applicable law.
