A better future?\nJob Description\nCoordinate the expediting of raw materials for wire harness production in an efficient and effective manner based on customer requirements. The position is responsible for analyzing system-generated production schedules, ensuring material availability, and providing detailed reports to support inventory accuracy and optimal inventory levels within the plant.\nResponsibilities\nResponsibilities typically include:\nPlan raw material expediting activities according to production requirements.\n\nMaintain optimal inventory levels through effective planning and inventory control.\n\nMonitor critical material shortages on a daily basis.\n\nTrack and control excess and obsolete inventory within the plant.\n\nEnsure 100% inventory accuracy and reliability within the system.\n\nManage excess and obsolete inventory, maintaining it at zero whenever possible.\n\nMonitor supplier purchase orders and ensure 100% supplier delivery compliance.\n\nMonitor and control over-shipments from suppliers.\n\nCoordinate engineering revision changes and ensure timely implementation.\n\nComply with Lear Corporation's quality, environmental, health and safety policies, procedures, and work standards.\n\nSkills\nChange Management\nInvoicing\nBusiness Intelligence\nCollaboration\nPower BI\nTableau (Business Intelligence Software)\nSupplier Relationship Management\nBudgeting\nOrder Fulfillment Management\nSQL (Programming Language)\nOrder Management\nEducation Requirements\nBachelor’s Degree on Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics or any related.\nExperience Requirements\n1 Year of experience on procurement or materials positions within the wire harness automotive industry (not required).\nCertifications / Licenses\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nLear Corporation is committed to fair, merit-based employment practices and equal opportunity.\nWe provide reasonable accommodations in accordance with applicable law.
