A better future?\nAbout the Role\nJoin Lear's Bremen plant (approx. 1,000 employees) and support production-critical IT systems for a leading global automotive supplier.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport and troubleshoot MES, JIS/JIT, and shop floor systems.\nMaintain and optimize production and logistics applications.\nEnsure high system availability and minimize production downtime.\nSupport integration of new production equipment and process changes.\nProvide IT support for a manufacturing plant operating in a 3-shift production environment.\nRequirements\nIT qualification or degree in Computer Science.\nExperience with production-critical IT systems.\nStrong SQL knowledge (Microsoft SQL Server, DB2).\nC# and ASP.NET knowledge is advantageous.\nUnderstanding of production, logistics, and ERP processes.\nFluent German and good English.\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nLear Corporation is committed to fair, merit-based employment practices and equal opportunity.\nWe provide reasonable accommodations in accordance with applicable law.
