A better future?\nJob Description\nAs Production Planner you will support the Planning Manager in the day-to-day planning and scheduling of production activities, ensuring that customer requirements are fulfilled while maximizing production efficiency and optimizing available resources. You will act as a key link between Production, Logistics, Customer Service, Material Planning, and Engineering to ensure the successful execution of the daily production plan and achievement of customer delivery targets.\nResponsibilities\nCreate, maintain, and update daily production schedules for all manufacturing lines.\nSequence production orders according to customer priorities, production constraints, and available capacity.\nContinuously monitor production progress and adjust schedules as required. Identify deviations from the production plan and initiate corrective actions.\nCoordinate with Production Supervisors and Operations teams to resolve scheduling issues.\nSupport recovery planning in case of production disruptions or unexpected customer demand changes.\nMaintain accurate planning data within QAD and other planning tools.\nMonitor finished goods availability to ensure customer delivery commitments are met.\nIdentify potential shortages or excess inventory situations.\nCoordinate with Material Demand Analyst regarding material availability issues affecting production schedules.\nSupport inventory optimization initiatives while maintaining service levels.\nParticipate in W2W inventory activities\nSupport the implementation of engineering changes and new product launches.\nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives related to planning processes.\nContribute to Lean Manufacturing and Supply Chain improvement projects.\nExperience and Requirements:\nBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Logistics, or related field. Master degree in Supply Chain will be considered as an asset\n1 to 3 years of experience in Production Planning, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing Operations.\nExperience working in a manufacturing environment\nFluent in Spanish and English.
