A better future?\nResponsibilities\nManage the operators under your supervision.\nEnsure discipline and rigor.\nMaintain the 5S system.\nEnsure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.\nAdapt the team configuration to the production schedule.\nAssign team members based on their qualifications and the nature of the workload.\nHold daily 5-minute meetings with team members.\nEnsure compliance with start-up procedures and self-inspections.\nEnsure the completion of planned programs in terms of quality, quantity, and deadlines.\nMonitor the team's performance in terms of quality, productivity, and waste rate.\nContribute to maintaining the proper functioning of the machinery.\nKeep the team members' skills matrix up to date.\nEncourage and promote improvement suggestions. - Ensure that hazardous products used in our plant are identified and handled correctly.\nEnsure that delivery, identification, and storage procedures for hazardous products comply with legal requirements.\nMonitor quality indicators such as IPPM and DPPM.\nEnsure that staff are aware of and adhere to the precautions and methods for handling and storing these products.\nComply with hygiene and safety regulations according to ISO 45001.\nSupport the activities of the ISO 14001 environmental management system.\nExperience Requirements\n5 years of experience in the automotive industry.\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team.\nSkills in quality control.\nIntermediate level in both English & French languages, spoken and written\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nLear Corporation is committed to fair, merit-based employment practices and equal opportunity.\nWe provide reasonable accommodations in accordance with applicable law.
