A better future?\nWe're Lear For You.\nPROGRAM MANAGER - WIRING\nSOUTHFIELD, MI - WORLD HEADQUARTERS\nAs a member of the Program Management team, the Program Manager will be responsible for:\nThe Role:\nYour work will include, but not be limited to:\nProgram Execution - Drive the cross functional team to accomplish product launch while utilizing Lear Program Management Process and disciplinesRun regular meetings withKey Customer Liasons\nSales\nPurchasing\nLead Unit Engineering\nPlant Product Engineering\nPlant Quality\n\nDrive Accountability to the APQP process to assure the program launches with quality\nResponsible to assure program budget requirements and financial returns meet or exceed Lear hurdle rates and corporate commitments\nRun Management Gate Reviews in LearPro\nCreate Program Deliverable Timelines based on customer milestones\nBe the face of Lear to the customer\nWill report to Platform Director or specific OEM Customer Lead (Platform Manager)\nYour Qualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business\nAt least 5 years of automotive experience and firm grasp of APQP principles\nWorking knowledge of program and operational finance\nProven record of managing within cross functional teams and matrix style organizations\nAbility to travel domestically, with occasional international\nBonus If You Have:\nMBA\nExperience with Wire Harnesses\nLear Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to a diverse workplace.\nApplicants must submit their resume for consideration using our applicant tracking system.
