A better future?\nResponsibilities\nWork location : Tangier TFZ TRIM\nWorks closely with the Program Team to establish and set-up manufacturing planning& milestones\nDefine the resources needed for the new project in coordination with cross functional team\nEnsure launch activities are within budgetary targets\nOrganize, moderate and conduct the projects meeting internal/external\nThrough coordination and liaison with the plant management team, responsible for all manufacturing, quality, technical, logistics and maintenance functions on site to support launch activities.\nWork with different cross functional groups to reach a common goal\nManage risk factors for the project and take proactive countermeasures, draw up the necessary action plans with all functions and implement the required actions in a timely manner.\nReport progress of the project thru weekly launch standard\nCoordinates & supports materials management for all pre-builds and Launch, supporting materials team\nEstablish and maintain effective customer working relationships in order to develop positive partnership in the continuous growth and development of the business.\nExperience Requirements\nEngineering degree or equivalent.\n5+ years of experience in the automotive industry; experience in Seating or knowledge of Trim/Cut & Sew components (fabrics, foam, plastics, leather) is an advantage.\nAbility to work under pressure with strong organizational and planning skills.\nStrong analytical mindset and ability to work independently and within a team.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.\nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office tools with the ability to prepare presentations and communicate with customers and leadership. \nEqual Opportunity Employer\nLear Corporation is committed to fair, merit-based employment practices and equal opportunity.\nWe provide reasonable accommodations in accordance with applicable law.
