A better future?\nWe're Lear For You.\nPROJECT MANAGER\nSOUTHFIELD, MICHIGAN - WORLD HEADQUARTERS\nWe are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with deep expertise in enterprise-level Change Management to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across our global organization. This role is ideal for a seasoned program or project leader who excels at driving strategic outcomes, navigating global stakeholder environments, and ensuring that large-scale transformations are adopted, sustained, and successful. You will oversee end-to-end project delivery, balancing scope, timeline, cost, and quality, while also serving as the change leader who ensures people, processes, and systems are ready for transformation. This role requires exceptional communication skills, executive presence, and experience working across multiple regions, cultures, and business lines.\nYour Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Management, HR, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.\n7-10+ years of project or program management experience in a global, matrixed enterprise.\nProven expertise in enterprise-level Change Management planning and execution.\nStrong command of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile, hybrid).\nExperience driving large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives.\nDemonstrated success managing executive stakeholders and global teams.\nExceptional communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.\nHigh proficiency in project tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, PowerPoint, Excel).\nFluent in English\nPMP, SCRUM, PgMP, Prosci, CCMP, or similar certifications.\nExperience working across multiple geographies, cultures, and time zones.\nBackground in HR Transformation, Digital Transformation, Technology Adoption, or Organizational Effectiveness.\nFamiliarity with enterprise platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow).\nStrong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and drive informed decisions.\nExecutive presence with strong storytelling skills.\nHigh emotional intelligence and ability to influence without authority.\nStrategic thinking with a hands-on, get-things-done approach.\nAbility to thrive in ambiguity and lead teams through change.\nStrong relationship-building and collaboration skills\nYour work will include, but not be limited to:\nLead complex, multi-workstream projects from initiation through deployment and sustainment.\nDefine project scope, success metrics, timelines, dependencies, and resource plans in partnership with sponsors and global stakeholders.\nManage project risks, issues, and interdependencies; develop mitigation and contingency strategies.\nEnsure disciplined project governance and reporting through Steering Committees, PMO frameworks, and executive updates.\nDrive strategic alignment across regions, functions, and senior leaders to ensure unified execution.\nDevelop and execute comprehensive change management strategies including stakeholder assessments, readiness planning, communications, and adoption plans.\nAssess organizational impact and define strategies to support people, process, and technology transitions.\nLead global change networks, SME communities, and business readiness workstreams.\nCreate and deliver communication materials, training plans, leadership engagement strategies, and resistance-management approaches.\nEmbed change management best practices to ensure long-term sustainability and measurable adoption.\nPartner with senior leaders to define vision, secure alignment, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.\nFacilitate workshops, decision-making sessions, and global collaboration forums.\nBuild trusted relationships across regions and functions, acting as a connector between technology, operations, HR, and business teams.\nCommunicate complex topics in clear, concise, and audience-appropriate ways.\nEnsure project deliverables meet quality standards and support strategic objectives.\nImplement and optimize PMO processes, tools, and methodologies.\nTrack KPIs, benefits realization, and organizational outcomes.\nPromote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the transformation and PMO community.\nLear Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to a diverse workplace.\nApplicants must submit their resume for consideration using our applicant tracking system.
