A better future?\nJob Description\nAs a Project Quality Engineer - Customer Liaison, you will serve as the key point of contact between customers and internal teams for quality-related matters. You will lead investigations of customer complaints, drive effective corrective and preventive actions, and ensure customer satisfaction through timely resolution of quality issues. This role supports the Electronics Campus in Valls and works closely with Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, and supplier teams.\nResponsibilities\nLead cross-functional teams to investigate customer complaints and drive effective containment, corrective, and preventive actions.\nReproduce and analyze customer-reported issues to identify root causes and define sustainable solutions.\nCoordinate investigations with internal experts, external laboratories, and suppliers when required.\nEnsure containment actions are implemented quickly to protect customers and business operations.\nPrepare, review, and present Failure Analysis Reports and 8D reports to customers.\nAct as the primary quality liaison between customers and internal manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams.\nSupport customer visits, audits, and technical discussions related to quality concerns.\nMonitor the progress of corrective action plans and ensure timely closure of quality issues.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on product quality, process effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.\nLead task forces and escalation activities for critical customer issues and high-impact quality incidents.\nExperience Requirements\nBachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent experience.\n2+ years of experience in the Electronics and/or Automotive industry.\nExperience using quality methodologies and problem-solving tools, including 8D.\nFluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.\nStrong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with a proactive and results-oriented approach.\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nLear Corporation is committed to fair, merit-based employment practices and equal opportunity.\nWe provide reasonable accommodations in accordance with applicable law.
