the value chain.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and execute purchasing and commodity strategies to deliver short- and long-term business objectives.\nNegotiate supplier agreements and manage year-over-year cost improvements and total landed cost reductions.\nEnsure cost-effective procurement and timely delivery of raw materials, components, and services.\nDrive total cost management concepts across sourcing and day-to-day purchasing decisions.\nSupport and execute global and regional sourcing strategies while considering local market conditions.\nMonitor market trends, supplier risk, and capacity to ensure continuity of supply.\nLead supplier relationship management activities, including escalations and performance improvement initiatives.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Program Management, Quality, and Finance.\nSupport early involvement in new product development to influence design-to-cost decisions.\nDevelop and implement cost-saving and material harmonization initiatives.\nEnsure compliance with corporate policies, ethics, and procurement governance standards.\nMentor, develop, and, where applicable, lead purchasing team members principles.\nExperience working in cross-functional and multicultural
